• Niki Norton, M.S., SHRM-SCP – GBR SHRM Current President (2025-2026): Niki Norton is a highly accomplished human resources professional currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resource Management at Louisiana State University. A proud graduate of LSU, Niki earned her Master's degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field. With extensive experience in HR leadership, she specializes in talent management, compensation, organizational development, and strategic HR initiatives.
