Dr. Radhika Krishnadas serves as the AVP, Program & Learning Design for LSU Online at Louisiana State University. Dr. Krishnadas leads three teams that are responsible for credit and non-credit online courses and programs, design & development of online and blended learning experiences, as well as faculty professional development. Her interests lie in the design of learner-centered experiences and programs based on workforce and industry needs, and outcomes data, and supporting faculty in designing such experiences. In her previous role, Dr. Krishnadas served as the Assistant Vice-President, Curriculum and Assessment at Argosy University and has over 20 years’ experience in program management, curriculum development and outcomes assessment. She is passionate about creating strong, effective teams, improving professional competencies, and driving innovation in online learning. Dr. Krishnadas holds a terminal degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Argosy University.

Dr. Renee Renegar serves as Director of Program Management & Strategy. In this role, Dr. Renegar leads teams focused on assisting faculty with researching viable programs, launching and maintaining online degree programs, and developing for-credit self-paced online courses. Dr. Renegar has been at LSU for over 20 years and during that time has served in areas of recruitment, retention, student support, policy development and implementation, and program support at the Graduate School and LSU Online. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science earned at LSU. Dr. Renegar remains dedicated to the mission of helping provide access to higher education and continuing education opportunities to all learners.
