Whether you have military experience or professional certifications, we offer a variety of pathways to complete your Bachelor's or Master's in Construction Management degree faster.

American Institute of Constructors
Bachelor of Science in Construction Management
Students that have successfully completed the AIC Level 1 Exam (70% or better in related topics) are eligible for the following PLA credits:
CM 1011 - Intro to CM | 3 credit hours
CM 1112 - Materials and Methods I | 3 credit hours
CM 2113 - Construction Equipment | 3 credit hours
CM 2501 - Structures | 3 credit hours
CM 3201 - Mech/Elect | 3 credit hours
Master of Science in Construction Management (if not applied to the BSCM)
Students that have successfully completed the AIC Level 1 Exam (70% or better in related topics) are eligible for the following PLA credits:
CM 7206 - Special Topics in CM | 3 Credits
Certified Professional Constructor (CPC)- Level Two Exam
In addition to the courses listed above, students that have successfully passed the AIC CPC Exam are eligible for the following PLA credits:
