GROK

GROK is Information Technology Service’s one-stop-shop for technical support instructions. 

GROK provides an ever-expanding resource that includes overviews, helpful links, and step-by-step instructions for installing or purchasing software, using LSU-specific applications.  GROK can also help give you ideas on using technology to do your job better- you can explore articles by browsing the categories on the left-hand side of the page.  You can also give suggestions of new topics that you would like for us to document.

It includes how-to articles with screenshots for all of the enterprise solutions available for LSU use, including the technologies listed here.

Faculty can find just in time instructions for their use of tools, but can also direct their students to these resources and links to enable use of the tools needed for their success.

GROK is maintained by ITS and each article has a feedback feature for faculty to add notes for improved instructions or new articles.
