Transfer students to LSUA must generally meet one of the following sets of criteria:

• Have earned a transferable associate degree or higher
• Have earned at least 18 hours of college-level credit, including a college-level English and college-level mathematics course, with a grade of “C” or higher in each, and an overall GPA of at least 2.0
• Have earned from a community college at least 12 hours of college-level credit, including a college-level English and college-level mathematics course, with a grade of “C” or higher in each, and an overall GPA of at least 2.0.

Offered through LSU, the online Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Human Resource Development (LHRD) prepares students with the knowledge and skills to help organizations develop their people to meet the challenge of change. Graduates will be equipped to make people in organizations more agile, prepare the workforce for change, and recraft jobs to increase workforce flexibility.

Transfer Student General Admission Requirements:

• 30 or more transferable (academic, non-remedial) credit hours from a regionally-accredited college or university
• 2.5 academic GPA on all transferable college work attempted
• A grade of “C” or better in a college-level English course that fulfilled a general education requirement at the institution where it was taken
• A grade of “C” or better in a college-level Math course that fulfilled a general education requirement at the institution where it was taken

Offered through LSU Alexandria’s College of Health & Human Services and LSU Online, the online Bachelor of Science in Health Professions with a concentration in Medical Imaging, developed by the Department of Allied Health, is designed for working RTs from any state, this program is a post-professional baccalaureate degree for clinicians credentialed in Radiography. The program is designed to provide registered radiologic technologists (RT) with an opportunity to broaden their career pathways with a diversified plan of study in a balanced curriculum.

This program provides students with the chance to earn a bachelor’s degree by applying credits they have already earned. Students who have successfully completed either of the following CCAF programs can pursue the BS in Health Professions- Medical Imaging and will need less than 60 credits to graduate. Qualifying CCAF Programs include:

• Diagnostic Imaging Technology
• Diagnostic Medical Sonography

Transfer students to LSUA must meet one of the following sets of criteria:

• Applicants must have ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB, or other comparable certifications to be granted full credit (43 hours) for required 1000 and 2000-level RADT courses AND
• Have earned a transferable associate degree or higher OR
• Have earned at least 18 hours of college-level credit, including a college-level English and college-level mathematics course, with a grade of “C” or higher in each, and an overall GPA of at least 2.0 OR
• Have earned from a community college at least 12 hours of college-level credit, including a college-level English and college-level mathematics course, with a grade of “C” or higher in each, and an overall GPA of at least 2.0. OR
• Meet freshmen admission requirements and be in good standing with their previous institution
