LSU’s Business Project Management Certificate Program is designed to provide you with the practical insights and skills you need to deliver projects on time and within budget. The courses offer practical, hands-on project management tools and techniques for those who are relatively new to project management.

The Project Management Certificate is designed for project and program managers, consultants, human resource professionals, and others who want to advance their project management skills. 

Format:

• Individual courses are instructor-led and held in person on the LSU A&M campus
• The certificate includes 5 courses: 3 core courses and 2 elective choices.
• Each course must be registered for individually in order to complete the certificate.
• Courses are open to all participants, not just those pursuing the certificate program.

As an Authorized Training Partner for the Project Management Institute (PMI), this course is pre-approved for Professional Development Units, or PDU's, needed for PMI certifications.
