LSU’s online Master of Science in Leadership & Human Resource Development complements and strengthens traditional HR skills, giving students the added benefit of the other side of HR (the development) and helps them become a well rounded Human Resource professional. This degree focuses on the people development, organization development, change management and leadership.

 

Graduates can find employment as organization development specialists, chief learning officers, human resource directors, international consultants, and training directors. In addition, this program teaches many of the core competencies employers look for in candidates as identified by NACE, the National Association for Colleges and Employers, which include, communication, critical thinking, equity and inclusion, leadership, professionalism, teamwork, and technology.
