Here is a step-by-step guide to completing the LSU Shreveport/LSUHSC-S MPH Online Program application and enrollment process. Talk to your Concierge team member about deadlines; they’ll help you every step of the way!
To complete an application for admission, applicants must submit the following materials by the respective application deadline:
Check on all required materials for your application at LSU Shreveport application. Reminder all required documents must be in by the required deadline to be reviewed. For deadlines be sure to reach out to your Enrollment Coach team member.
If you plan to use federal financial aid, you should begin that process as soon as possible. You can learn more about Financial Aid by visiting the LSU Shreveport Financial Aid website or you can contact Financial Aid directly at: email@example.com or 318-797-5363.
Upon acceptance into the program your dedicated Enrollment Coach will schedule a welcome call between you and your dedicated Student Success Coach team member. Your Student Success Coach will be your on campus advocate and can help to answer questions for you along the way. Within a couple of days of being admitted you will be able to access your LSU Shreveport credentials including your username and email through your application portal. Once this is received you will need to log into your MyLSUS Portal and activate your LSU Shreveport Email.
Because the LSU Shreveport/LSUHSC-S MPH Program is a joint venture between these Universities, you need credentials at both campuses. To do this you will need to complete a supplemental information form for LSUHSC-Shreveport. Your Student Success Coach will provide this form to you during your Welcome Call. You must complete this form before you can be advised for any classes in the MPH program.
You will be assigned an MPH faculty member for curriculum advising. Your adviser will let you know what classes to take and what your plan of study will look like. From there your Student Success Coach can help to walk you through the scheduling process.
Once a class has been scheduled you will need to go in to your myLSUS account and pay your fee bill. If you are utilizing financial aid you can contact their office directly at: firstname.lastname@example.org or 318-797-5363. You can login to your myLSUS account to view and pay your fee bill.
