Application Checklist - LSU Health New Orleans

Get started on your degree program by following these steps

Here is a step-by-step guide to completing the application and enrollment process. Talk to your Enrollment Concierge about deadlines; they’ll help you every step of the way!


1. Apply for Admission

Complete the LSU Health New Orleans application.

Submit unofficial transcripts from all previously attended institutions. Unofficical transcripts can also be submitted to:

2. Complete Funding Options

If you plan to use federal Financial Aid, you should begin that process as soon as possible. Please follow these Steps to Apply for Financial Aid.

3. Check Application Status

Please contact your Enrollment Concierge for application status updates.

4. Admissions Decision

Once admitted you will receive the following from admissions:

  • Acceptance form that will need to be returned to admissions
  • Link to pay Deposit Fee of $100

Your dedicated Enrollment Concierge will schedule a Welcome Call between you and your Learner Concierge team member. Your Learner Concierge will help to acquaint you to your learning platform and assist with answering questions along the way.

5. Schedule and Register for Classes

Once you have spoken with the Bachelor of Public Heath Program Director and your advisor hold is lifted you will be able to schedule your courses.
