Dr. Roy Haggerty

Executive Vice President and Provost
Louisiana State University

Roy Haggerty currently serves as the executive vice president & provost of Louisiana State University. Haggerty, the chief operating and chief academic officer of LSU’s flagship campus in Baton Rouge, maintains executive oversight over all instruction, student support, enrollment management, and research while simultaneously serving as the chief academic officer for all LSU campuses across the state and the chief academic advisor to the President. Haggerty reports to President William F. Tate IV, who serves as the chief executive officer of the flagship institution as well as the statewide system.

Prior to joining LSU, Haggerty spent 26 years at Oregon State University, where he held several leadership positions including dean of the College of Science, interim dean of the College of Earth, Ocean, and Atmospheric Sciences, and associate vice president of research. An environmental geologist scholar, Haggerty is a Geological Society of America fellow and has led research projects totaling $9 million and has published 75 peer-reviewed articles, predominantly in hydrology. Haggerty is widely known for his development of the smart tracer, a molecule that moves with water while it senses and records valuable information about the environment.

Haggerty received a Ph.D. and M.S. in hydrogeology from Stanford University and a B.S. with first class honors from the University of Alberta. His hometown is Provost, Alberta, Canada.

Scott Jeffe

Scott Jeffe is Vice President of Graduate and Online Research at RNL. Scott has worked with more than 300 institutions in 40+ states to apply market data on nontraditional audiences to strategic decision making. He is a regular presenter at national and regional conferences typically focusing on market research pertaining to preferences and expectations of prospective graduate, online, and adult undergraduate students.

He is the author, co-author, or contributor of numerous reports and presentations and most recently served as the principal research for RNL’s 2022 Online Student Recruitment Report, RNL’s 2021 Serving the Under-Served Graduate Student Report, RNL’s Graduate Marketing and Recruitment Report, and RNL’s 2021 Graduate Student Recruitment Report

Bob Stewart

Vice President, Graduate and Online Solutions
RNL

Bob Stewart is an enrollment management professional with 15 years of experience in higher education. As Vice President of Graduate and Online Solutions at RNL, he works with colleges and universities to optimize their recruitment efforts, assess the enrollment potential of academic programs, and achieve their enrollment goals more efficiently.

Bob has served in a variety of campus enrollment roles. Before coming to RNL, he was the senior vice president of enrollment at Jacksonville University. Prior to that position, he served at Spring Hill College in Alabama as vice president of admissions and financial aid. He began his higher education career at Stetson University, where he served as director of financial aid and director of admission.

Joseph Leonhardt MSM

Senior Account Executive
Advance 360 Education

Joe Leonhardt is a 25-year veteran of higher education, largely in enrollment management and campus operations, including large-scale online programming. A lifelong leadership fan, today, Joe teaches leadership as an adjunct college instructor and serves as Senior Account Manager at Advance 360 Education, a higher education marketing company.

Joe is an author and speaker and has had many higher education articles published over the years. Leonhardt earned his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University and has received multiple leadership & performance awards throughout his career. Joe has become known for his People 1st Philosophy, passion for building workplace culture, and for his message of “Rippling” in the workplace and beyond.

Finally, Joe has been married to Melodie for 31 years, has two adult children and two golden retrievers, is involved in his church, and enjoys four-wheeling with his Jeep in the mountains of Colorado.

William Hajjar

William (Will) Hajjar is an executive with more than 25 years of experience driving business strategy through decision science, market intelligence, and opinion research. He holds a master’s degree in economics from LSU, having studied econometrics with Dr. Carter Hill and marketing analytics with Dr. William Black. He currently serves as Head of Advance Analytics & Business Intelligence for Advance, a century-old media and consulting company based in New York City. He brings creative and innovative strategy solutions to a range of clients across most major verticals.

In addition to his private sector work, Will teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Business Strategy, Consumer Behavior, Data Science, and Research Methods at Kean University and Saint Peter’s University. His approach blends academic theory with practical applications to prepare students to think critically through real world problems.
